For more than two decades, I’ve dedicated my career to improving systems that support individuals experiencing homelessness, behavioral health challenges, and complex healthcare needs.

Throughout my career, I’ve led large multidisciplinary teams, implemented innovative housing and healthcare programs, secured diverse sources of grant funding, developed organizational policies, and guided agencies through complex operational and regulatory changes.

Having worked on both the healthcare and housing sides of service delivery, I understand the challenges organizations face when integrating these systems. I also understand what it takes to move from planning to successful implementation.

My consulting approach is collaborative, practical, and results-oriented. Every recommendation is grounded in real-world experience and designed to help organizations build sustainable capacity—not just complete another project.
